1.⁠ ⁠No Return or Exchange for Size or Colour Issues

   We do not accept returns or exchanges for size or colours. Please review the product details and size chart carefully before placing your order.

2.⁠ ⁠Returns Accepted for Defective Products Only

   Returns will be accepted only in case of manufacturing defects or wrong item delivered.

3.⁠ ⁠Mandatory Uncut Opening Video for Return

   To process any return request, an uncut opening video (from the moment the package is opened until the item is fully visible) is mandatory. No return requests will be accepted without this video.

4.⁠ ⁠Return Request Validity

   Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

5.⁠ ⁠Refund Process

   Refunds will be initiated only after we receive the returned product at our shop and verify the condition.

6.⁠ ⁠Jurisdiction

   All disputes are subject to Pune jurisdiction only.
